CONCERTGOERS'

ESSENTIAL CHECKLIST

PLEASE READ

As Loreena’s A Midwinter Night’s Music series draw ever closer

we invite you to take a moment to review these crucial concert details.

Doors open at 6 p.m. for the evening concerts and 1 p.m. for the Saturday matinee.

We encourage you to arrive early so everyone can be screened in a timely manner.

Here’s what you must bring, do and be aware of:

  • Proof of full vaccination (12 years and older)

  • Government-issued photo ID

  • Mask, which must be worn at all times

  • Please self-screen before you arrive using Ontario’s COVID-19 Customer Screening tool

  • For those of you coming from outside the country, here are Canada’s requirements. Please review additional changes to entry, testing and quarantine requirements in response to the Omicron variant

SAFETY IS HIGHEST OUR PRIORITY

  • All concertgoers will remain masked throughout the performance.

  • The concert is limited to 90 minutes.

  • The venue is spacious, with very high vaulted ceilings.

  • Seating is assigned with distance between each party.

  • Venue capacity is reduced to 50%.

  • Air quality will be monitored with a carbon meter, adding fresh air to the sanctuary.

  • Venue air will be continuously purified with HEPA filtration.

  • There will be no intermission.

  • There will be no food or beverage.

  • We have worked closely with Huron Perth Public Health to adopt the highest standards and practices.

 

 

 

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

  1. Please have your tickets, proof of vaccination and photo ID ready for presentation. 

  2. Ticketholders in seats 1-14 (of any row) are asked to enter from the WEST entrance.

  3. Ticketholders in seats 15-30 (of any row) are asked to enter from the EAST entrance.

  4. Patrons with an Ontario QR Code will be processed with a scanner and out-of-province visitors will be individually verified.

ACCESSIBILITY

Knox Church is fully accessible. For directions and to arrange assistance at arrival, please email mmccauley@quinlanroad.com.

MERCHANDISE
Loreena’s full catalogue of music, including her recent release The Visit - The Definitive Edition,
is available at Treasures 151 Ontario Street, just across the street from Knox Church. Concert participant, Jeffrey "Red" George's works are on display and for sale at Gallery Indigena 69 Ontario Street. 

INTERMISSION

To prevent groups of people from congregating and to keep congestion to a minimum, there will be no intermission at these performances.

RESTROOMS

You are welcome to use the restrooms during the performance, which are located downstairs. Ushers will be available to assist and direct you.

PHOTO POLICY

Out of consideration for all of the performers and audience members, Loreena respectfully requests that you refrain from unauthorized photography and from making audio or video recordings of this performance.

MEET AND GREET

Unfortunately, Loreena will not be able to meet with the public during this concert series.

PARKING, FOOD, DRINK & SLEEP

  • Guests will need to allow extra time to find parking in the streets near to the church. There is no church parking lot at the venue.

  • There will be no food or drinks available at the concert venue.

  • If you’re staying overnight or planning to dine out, we encourage you to check out Visit Stratford and to make reservations in advance since Stratford is a small, busy (and beautiful) city.

  • It will also be a city of light while you’re here thanks to Lights On Stratford: Winter Festival of Lights which runs Dec. 17 to Jan. 28, transforming the city’s heritage downtown and park system with luminous art and interactive light installations. 

DONATIONS
A portion of the proceeds from the concert series will go to Stratford-Perth Shelterlink, a local organization supporting homeless youth and those at risk of becoming homeless. We invite you to make your own seasonal donation if you wish.
